由細到大都好喜歡食上海菜,不過依家香港d傳統上海菜館都所餘無幾。見呢間小店都幾多人幫襯,店名又有上海二字,就抱不訪一試既心態入內。叫左一碗酸辣湯,一客小籠包,煎餃同鹵水蛋豆腐。正宗既酸辣湯材料會有豆腐、木耳、香菇、胡蘿蔔、竹荀和豬肉,所有材料都切成絲。呢度只有豆腐粒,木耳絲及肉絲,肉絲好似柴咁,慶幸佢俾得少,唔係食到牙都痛,辣度ok, 酸度則不足。小籠包,皮厚肉無味,點小籠包既薑絲居然只有2條,醋又似溝左水,好唔掂!煎餃同食急凍水餃無分別,餡料無特別,無肉汁,就算煎左一邊既皮都腍既。鹵水蛋豆腐,蛋同豆腐一d都唔入味,兩樣野都唔似係放過入鹵水到煮。走時環顧四周,發現大部份食客都只係食豆漿同粢飯。可想而知,其實呢度根本唔係食上海野既地方!
