To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日和友人前來一食這間烏冬。也沒有甚麼特別原因,就是因為突然想食日本餐,而又碰巧有位子。我叫了一個滑蛋蟹籽巨型蟹柳烏冬。而友人則叫了一個比目魚餐。我從來未食過所謂的巨型蟹柳,因此頗為期待,但來到之後,發現味道同一般食開既蟹柳沒有很大分別,反倒是滑蛋幾好味。而店內招牌的手打烏冬,亦無負所望,真係非常之爽彈。烏冬是成碗麵既亮點,湯底和餸菜只屬一般。而朋友所食的比目魚餐,其實都唔錯食。據他講,壽司並無特別,但比目魚煎好後,十分之脂香,而上面鋪滿了蝦乾,則令其多添了一分既香口,我試左一啖,又真係唔錯。如果有出比目魚烏冬,可能我下次黎會叫黎食。
