Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有次經過有好多人等位,就外賣咗酥皮焗叉燒飽嚟食,食後覺得非常好味 ~ 今次突登搭車過嚟再食,由於唔想排太耐隊,所以選擇午膳時間之後嚟,下午2點到嚟到,最終等5分鐘到就可以入座 ~ 酥皮焗叉燒飽 ~ 熱辣辣,皮面脆脆,內裏有好多叉燒 ~ 超讚 鮮蝦燒賣皇 ~ 配搭杞子比較特別,幾好 豉汁蒸排骨 ~ 無乜特別 鮮竹卷 ~ 還可以 脆皮炸鮮奶 ~ 炸得脆,但比較甜 我地2個人食咗$122 ~ 每人都係$61 ~ 飲茶嚟講價錢尚算平 ~ 不過地方較迫,如2人就要坐2人枱,所以唔可以一次過叫太多嘢 ~
