Restaurant: 樂湯雞麵館 (庇利金街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前太子分店未搬之前食過好幾次都覺得幾好今次就嚟佐敦分店呀點咗~醉雞藥膳湯刀削麵刀削麵個質感都OK但個藥膳湯底都幾淡下比起以前食真係退步咗醉雞呢雞肉幾滑嘅但係個醉汁都係爭啲都係淡左呀~砂鍋雞湯翅米粉可能因為砂鍋上佢個溫度係keep到好熱個雞湯幾濃郁我幾鍾意呀美中不足係個米粉好淋我本身都鍾意食淋身呀但佢真係over 左~涼拌蘆筍呢個涼拌汁幾好食喎幾開胃同埋萵筍好鮮嫩下呢個幾讚蝸

刀削麵個質感都OK
但個藥膳湯底都幾淡下
比起以前食真係退步咗
醉雞呢
雞肉幾滑嘅
但係個醉汁都係爭啲
都係淡左呀

~砂鍋雞湯翅米粉
可能因為砂鍋上
佢個溫度係keep到好熱
個雞湯幾濃郁
我幾鍾意呀
美中不足係個米粉好淋
我本身都鍾意食淋身呀
但佢真係over 左

~涼拌蘆筍
呢個涼拌汁幾好食喎
幾開胃
同埋萵筍好鮮嫩下
呢個幾讚蝸
