To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了表揚一個年輕服務員而寫的食評

我們校友會60週年校慶晚宴就在這裡舉行。昨晚宴開宴開65席，這個數目相信不是一般的酒樓都能接的大宴會。節目MC是TVB合約藝人梁敏巧，她也是我們的校友，因此今晚我們可以邊慶祝校慶，邊品嚐美食，也邊看年輕美女。我發現這個酒樓的食評很不錯，好食評已經多我一個也不多了，但我還是特別要寫一寫，目的不單是這裡的美味佳餚，而是要表揚一個年輕的男服務員。他姓黎，大概才20多一點，負責我們第79桌。黎服務員對我們要求有求必應，用心上菜和收拾桌面，一點都不會比5星級酒店的服務（反過來說，很多5星級的大型宴會都是請臨時員工，服務真的讓人嘔血）。這種服務就是我們香港失去已久的回憶，在這裡我祝福他有個美好前途，加油黎同學！
