To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 將軍澳站PopCorn這一間美中鴨子,夜市多人排隊的確有其原因。片皮鴨是令人回味之選,也是為此再來。想吃得痛快,就要點全隻片皮鴨,鴨皮燒得很香脆,加上配料和皮餅一同吃,越吃越滋味,不知不覺就已經吃了好幾件。我對片皮鴨的歷史認識不深,不能肯定有多正宗。不過,鴨肉切得適中,配上青瓜和醬料,包在簿簿的皮餅內,也不太過油膩。餐碟也很有詩意,不過都是吃完才欣賞吧。一山還有一山高,我所指的就是餐碟,吃完後總是滿有詩意的。來到這裏,小籠包也是必吃,很薄皮,千萬別樣包內的湯汁流出來。雲吞就相對平淡了一點。邊吃邊喝杯茶,方便解油。還有一點事情未做...就是留肚吃甜品,想不到這裏也有心太軟,所以要先喝啖茶解解油。@ CalvinCanEat.com
