今日同一班朋友去銅鑼灣食飯, 大滿足!!黃金炸魚皮。一口咬下,薄身既魚皮極脆身, 魚香和咸蛋黃的味道彷彿在競爭, 但卻和諧相處,令人愉悅無比。配上ASAHI啤酒,炸魚皮絕對是佐酒小食的最佳搭檔。冰鎮鮑魚。鮑魚SIZE 好大,保留了鮑魚的鮮味和嫩度,一口咬下,口感豐富且帶有鮮美的鮮甜味。豬肺燉湯,沒有多餘的調味料。整道湯品味濃郁卻不膩口,品嚐到清甜的菜乾味及豬肺的鮮味,清甜且舒服螺頭花膠燉湯, 花膠的肉質細嫩,豐富的膠質帶出味道,一壺燉湯中夾著螺頭、入口后滑嫩和煦,甜中帶鹹的湯底細膩芳香,讓人無法忘懷。煎咸鮮馬友魚,超大的馬友魚外層煎到酥脆帶有微微焦香,内里仍然是鮮美嫩滑,一口咬下那層外皮炸得酥脆,也沾上了透亮酱油,入口回味甚佳。雞蛋仔蠔餅是這裡的招牌菜之一,一口咬下f脆脆的口感,配上強烈的鹹甜味,搭配淡淡的芥茉醬,更加突顯出蠔餅特有的鮮味。沙茶芥蘭炒牛肉,感受不同芥蘭配上特製沙茶醬的炒牛肉,一切剛剛好,甜、鹹、辛辛、香滑滑爽爽
