To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今次去呢間食烤魚火鍋既店香港我諗比較小D，大陸就相對會多d，如果大家係對北上食魚有興趣，咁呢間唔洗出境都可以食到啦😁佢點餐雖然有點餐紙，但佢係比QR code我地落單既，我地就揀左食江團魚（$348）口味就揀左古鎮水碼頭毛血旺（+$108），條魚佢就係原條咁樣放係個爐上，小辣小麻我覺得都夠，條魚我地3個人食都好夠，肉又夠滑同埋佢係得中間條大骨，驚食魚會食到骨既朋友都唔洗驚，因為係好易夾到d肉出黎食‼️ 側邊既牛柏葉，鴨血，魷魚等等夾埋就係叫做毛血旺，唔知咩叫毛血旺既朋友就要清楚呢d配料要揀毛血旺先會有‼️配料方面我地叫左炸響鈴（$48），金針菇（$36），萵荀（$48），呢幾樣配料就冇咩特別我就唔多講，就係一般火鍋店咁既質素👌🏻而有一個配料我自己非常鐘意，就係炸午餐肉粒（$68），呢個當小食就咁食又得，放落去個鍋煮又得，呢d炸左既午餐肉放落湯輕輕一浸，脆卜卜又索埋d湯既辣味，口感同味道真係好有驚喜🤩 平時火鍋店通常都係就咁一片片叫，呢個好特別，極力推介，同埋佢都要時間炸，所以最好一開始就連埋條魚叫，後加會等得比較耐‼️我地有用openrice訂座所以今次有9折，佢唔同時間既訂座都有唔同折扣，
