睇到哩間網紅蟹店,宜家做緊promotion,炒蟹同埋部分菜式做半價優惠,每個月仲會更新菜式,咁一定要試試啦。餐廳環境唔錯,古香古色,估唔到樓上鋪都坐滿7成,幾旺下。水蜜桃咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉一口大小,先油炸再用甜酸醬爆炒。食落皮脆肉嫩,酸甜醬汁同豬肉好夾。避風塘炒蟹(少辣),menu寫清楚,係用斤2兩蟹製作。螃蟹斬成細件,連鉗子都敲碎埋,食落唔會好辛苦。蟹肉鮮甜嫩滑,一食就知道用新鮮蟹製作。大量蒜蓉辣椒爆炒蟹肉,唔會遮蓋蟹肉鮮甜味,食落反而更加惹味。蝦幹香芋娃娃菜,好特別嘅娃娃菜做法,用蝦幹吊出湯底鮮味,再落入香芋增加甜味。娃娃菜本身已經好清甜,再用特色湯底煲制,食落更加爽脆鮮甜。食神炒飯,用料極其豐富,飯同配料簡直1:1.。除咗雞蛋,落咗大量蝦仁,菜心,魚籽等配料,仲要擺咗條鯉魚形狀,好得意。炒飯炒到好幹身,米飯粒粒分明,每一啖都食到好多配料,魚籽仲添加咗爆珠口感,真係好味。
