朋友約食飯, 通常離不開銅鑼灣、尖沙咀, 今日決定走到無咁人多車多嘅灣仔月街食omakase。第一道刺身, 放上兩隻栩栩如生嘅小沢蟹, 精緻奪目。厚岸蠔生蠔蠔身肥美圓潤, 食落順滑細緻, 裙邊爽口, 蠔味濃郁。秋刀魚秋天正值係秋刀魚最肥美嘅季節, 鮮嫩魚肉油香豐盈, 鮮味迷人。仲有色澤艷麗, 鮮味十足嘅赤身、中拖羅。冰頭漬取自三文魚頭中嘅軟骨, 經過醃漬後, 口感獨特, 爽脆得很。食完刺身就到朋友最愛嘅壽司啦!各款壽司之中花笛鯛同海膽赤蝦最為出色。花笛鯛經過火灼後, 魚皮有微微焦香, 風味倍增!海膽赤蝦赤蝦甘甜的鮮味, 加上濃厚海膽味, 成為無可比擬嘅組合。至於熟食之中, 最出色嘅一定係目光魚天婦羅!鮮魚魚身開邊落鍋, 炸起乾爽唔油膩, 魚肉保持 嫩滑, 口感一流。
