有好野食點可以唔預我呀,朋友介紹有間好味既日本野,當然要黎試試啦。鮨月位於港鐵金鐘站 F 出口,步行約7分鐘,非常方便。來到時已覺得很有日本特色,入內還有武士壁畫甚具霸氣。師傅細心地為食客制作美食。座位唔算多,所以有興趣記得要訂定位。來到鰭月,當然要食Omakase啦。海膽豆腐 + 真鯛魚真鯛魚真鯛魚味道清雅加添了黃柚子粉作調味,可蘸些酸汁吃更添美味。海膽豆腐色澤鮮明, 入口creamy且濃甜,豆腐也加入了海膽制成,相當有心思。蠔加上海葡萄蠔肉入口爽甜肥美,沒有一點的腥味,咸甜適中,加上海葡萄清甜爽脆的口感,徘徊在口腔中久久不散。粒貝肉質纖細幼嫩帶咬口,味道爽口清甜,還帶淡淡海水味。赤身配中吞拿魚腩赤身肉身較紅色,比較結實,咬口十足;中腩顏色偏粉紅,脂肪比例高,魚油脂恰到好處,非常甘香。魴鮄魚魴鮄魚口感豐富,肉質充實,爽口有彈性,魚味清新而帶鮮甜。浜鯛肉質堅韌富彈性,優雅的甜味,令人難以割捨,無比美味。秋刀魚配上明荷秋刀魚肥美又彈牙,魚味濃郁。筋子赤蝦壽司筋子鮮甜,粒粒口感得意;赤蝦爽口鮮甜而且肥美,夾在一起吃,味道層次更豐富。大拖羅魚腩脂肪好像雪花般,入口即溶,甘香且肥美。燒白鱔燒得金黃酥脆,內裡魚肉還嫩滑厚肉,加點檸檬汁更能帶出白鱔的鮮味。炒鮑魚粒以新鮮炒鮑魚切粒炒香,非常惹味彈牙,口感十足。軟骨餃子似春卷的餃子,皮包著雞軟骨和菜肉,味道清新,口感脆脆。酒煮蜆以清酒加入新鮮的蜆(而且數量超多),經過煮熱後味道更加香濃、鮮甜。最中餅像紅豆餅一樣,中間加入了士多啤梨雪糕和紅豆粒餡,配合香脆的餅殼,回味無窮,亦畫上完美句號。 continue reading
