Flagship (灣仔)灣仔船街35號地舖。灣仔呢個位好特別,係條大街突然間轉入去有個獨立空間,入面有幾間餐廳,其中一間就係flagship。呢個隱世空間夠曬自成一角,所以餐廳係outdoor位置有放置枱凳,放工chill下飲野食野好唔錯。而indoor就有兩層,我今次坐左係上層舒舒服服傾下計。Clams in Sichuan Style ($168)雖然係用四川煮法,但只係小小辣,反而花椒味好香,蜆肉每隻都肥美漲卜卜,估唔到呢個組合咁配搭。Confit Duck Leg ($298)油封鴨髀做法複雜,呢間小店煮得唔錯,連埋waffle一齊食,仲有用左berry sauce 解油膩,鴨肉輕易就離骨,肉質唔鞋。Hairy Crab Risotto ($368)呢道菜十分好食!用左煲仔去煮risotto夠曬fusion,成個飯面鋪滿濃濃嘅大閘蟹蟹膏同蟹肉,每一口都充滿蟹膏香 🤤 而家提起都想再食呀 🤭。@flagship.hk 。#gpigwanchai
