黎到灣仔呢試下呢間fusion 菜! 位置喺船街後端雖然唔起眼,但係食物真係幾出色! 法國藍天使蝦刺身,蝦尾呈藍色,質感彈牙,蝦味突出帶海水味配上芒果沙沙,酸酸甜甜輕辛味道,好開胃千層脆窩夫油封鴨脾鴨脾醃製油封處理後,外皮薄脆金香,肉質軟嫩油潤。細嚼溢出鴨油香,好有爆發力。重口味食法先戳穿太陽蛋個黃,鴨脾肉沾透鮮蛋黃,味道超濃厚,或者跟洛神花醬,口感清爽解腻。仲有酥香窩夫,鬆化香口~特色卡邦尼意粉意粉上碟香熱,醬汁用上蛋汁、cream、cheese煮成,唯獨唔用傳統煙肉。Chef 就好有創意,改以中式臘肉、金華火腿調煮,味道效果相當理想,意粉麵條掛汁,油香肉香平衡。
