最近真係好有食神,特別係食一啲高質素嘅牛扒。今晚就嚟咗灣仔軒尼詩道一間喺樓上18樓嘅扒房,地方細細,佈置高雅浪漫。我哋一人叫咗一個晚餐,第一個驚喜就係餐包。餐包配有肉桂牛油,因為我非常鍾意肉桂,呢度嘅肉桂做得好好,可以將平凡嘅麵包變得不平凡。香港好少會用到玉桂搽麵包,所以覺得非常滋味同埋驚喜。然後餐湯同埋沙律都非常之高質素,特別鍾意凱撒沙律加咗半熟蛋。我哋一人叫咗一個main course,試咗signature肉眼扒,同埋黑松露cream pasta。心型嘅肉眼扒,一出現已經令人心動,入口即溶,特別係肥膏嗰部份,係感官嘅享受。而黑松露意粉亦做得非常之出色,黑松露香濃,意粉嘅texture亦非常豐富。餐廳嘅薯條,揸得啱啱好,夠乾身,最重要係,薯條係free flow,食到你夠為止。
