To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天相約了舊同事吃午飯,經歷幾次中伏的經驗後,對灣仔的食肆沒甚麽信心,見到這間安南,名字像是在那裡聽過,價錢還可以,就試試吧! 餐廳有落地大窗戶,感覺開揚,但由於午市繁忙,需要搭枱。 我點了個串燒牛肉湯檬,賣相很不吸引,兩串牛肉又黑又瘦又乾,一口咬下,口感帶梅,極不新鮮,原全不知道自己吃的是什麽肉,那碗檬粉,份量少,湯底沒有誠意,一點鮮味也沒有。 這裡的食物質素,真的可以用劣來形容,可惡!又中一伏!

我點了個串燒牛肉湯檬,賣相很不吸引,兩串牛肉又黑又瘦又乾,一口咬下,口感帶梅,極不新鮮,原全不知道自己吃的是什麽肉,那碗檬粉,份量少,湯底沒有誠意,一點鮮味也沒有。
