同朋友去灣仔搵食,俾我哋搵到一間個個都話隱世又好味嘅,又非常有特色嘅fusion餐廳。餐廳地方雖然唔係好大,裝飾就用咗好多船同埋海嘅概念~ 非常舒服~ 又店員都好客有禮,同我地傾咗好多計同分享~ 整晚夠滿足☺️🥢自家調製紹興酒藍青口平時忌廉白酒煮青口就食得多,估唔到紹興酒配青口味道非常特別。有啲似用酒黎醃製青口,有啲似日本漬物,滿滿濃厚啲酒味入晒每隻青口裡面,食完又有啲酒嘅甜味同甘味~ 非常喜出望外🥢特色卡邦尼意粉意粉似係濃縮咗大量芝士烹調,每啖都食到滿滿芝士味。材料用上中國金華火腿同蠟味肉去代替平時食到嘅煙肉。味道比平時更加濃厚重味,強烈的回甘和鹹香味道,大大提升整碟意粉的味道。🥢紐西蘭脆皮三文魚真係超!脆皮!同時魚肉剛剛好夠熟,肉質唔會柴口。味道唔錯~

平時忌廉白酒煮青口就食得多,估唔到紹興酒配青口味道非常特別。

意粉似係濃縮咗大量芝士烹調,每啖都食到滿滿芝士味。材料用上中國金華火腿同蠟味肉去代替平時食到嘅煙肉。

味道比平時更加濃厚重味,強烈的回甘和鹹香味道,大大提升整碟意粉的味道。


🥢紐西蘭脆皮三文魚
真係超!脆皮!同時魚肉剛剛好夠熟,肉質唔會柴口。味道唔錯~
