To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住好似 Confit de canard, 但上菜嗰陣, 吓? 慢煮? 又大份又Crispy, 似和順記炸脾多啲喎.

落刀, 吓? 我見識少但慢煮 硬/韌 到幾乎切唔開真係第一次.

起皮, 嘩! 皮底全肥膏, 勉強食咗幾啖肉, 咦? 近骨啲肉好生喎!

食物經驗負分, 但 service recovery 尚算ok.

同店員講, 佢即時道歉同 offer 其他食物, 但我實在冇心情再食任何嘢, 佢轉頭翻嚟 free 咗我張單, 即係請咗我飲湯同咖啡, 唉, 算喇, 就當今日時運低.
