约了朋友在這間泰菜店共聚,環境怡人,裝修充滿了泰式風情,静静地,很舒適。友人說,這間中價泰菜質素幾好,先來是蝦喇沙,配以米線,我好鐘意食喇沙,-來先嚐湯頭,一股充滿蔥頭香茅的香味伴以椰奶,蝦的鲜味又微甜辣的喇沙湯頭,真的講好鮮味惹味,配以滑滑的米線比油麵更好吃,加埋鮮蝦和索湯的豆腐卜,令喇沙更囗感豐富,湯做得相當好,乃靈魂所在。再吃蒜蓉炒貴妃苗,其實真並不知道是什麽來頭的菜,但食落好嫩,無草味,很淡雅清新的菜味,很喜歡。再奉上的是碳燒豬頸肉,不會很乾,仍保留肉汁,吃時很香囗,肉有用香料醃製過的,泰式酸辣汁非常好吃,它令豬頸肉更提鮮,更惹味。冬陰功是吃泰菜例牌菜,當然正,這店很正宗。加上新鮮的椰青和不錯的服務,評價很好耶!
