餐廳:新泰東南亞餐廳 (尖沙咀)地址:尖沙咀北京道12A號太子集團中心8樓之前去過加拿分道嘅另一間新泰東南亞餐廳🇹🇭,咁岩經開尖沙咀記起果陣經理有提過北京道呢間分店,所以今次就過黎呢邊食下野😋太子集團中心8樓呢間店相對較細,但係就可以遠望到北京道嘅街景,而不變嘅係泰味一樣濃厚😆,職員、裝潢、歌曲都係充滿住泰國特色同風格香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷 $88薄薄嘅米紙卷包住軟殼蟹、米粉、生菜🥬、蘿蔔絲同芒果🥭,芒果份量唔多,所以芒果味唔算太出,但隱約都食到芒果嘅甜香,軟殼蟹成為左主角中嘅主角🦀,咬落香脆味道突出,頭尾幾舊仲可以清晰見到軟殼蟹腳嘅蹤跡,好吸引呀😍巴東牛展 $88巴東牛嘅起源係因為以前嘅人無雪櫃,所以用椰奶同香料煮熱去增加保存時間🥥,成功嘅巴東特色係要搗碎香料同加入椰奶後用慢火煮腍主菜(例如呢個牛展)🐮,直至香料滲入牛展,同埋椰奶收乾為止🔥。而我食嘅呢碟牛展軟腍入味,巴東汁游走係牛展之間,香而唔太辣,好有東南亞風味參峇炒羊角豆 $85參峇醬係東南亞菜入面扮演左重要嘅角色,由海鮮、肉類到蔬菜都少不了佢嘅蹤影😎,而羊角豆大家又知唔知係咩呢😆?其實就係我地成日講嘅秋葵。用參峇醬炒完嘅秋葵惹味香濃👍🏼,少少辣之餘又有番茄仔為成碟菜加添左顏色同更清新開胃,唔錯唔錯 continue reading

呢間泰國菜餐廳一直都很喜歡食,今次終於黎到位於尖沙咀太子集團這間,因為這間每次黎到都好多人,我就會跟朋友轉到另一分店食。這間餐廳座位都幾多,有卡位可以望窗外景色,也有普通座位,而裝飾都具有泰國的特色,令人有置身泰國的感覺!燒豬頸肉,這裡的豬頸肉肉邊烤得脆口,不會太肥,配上豬頸肉獨有的醬汁,辣辣地,非常惹味!泰式柚子蝦沙律,自從跟朋友去完泰國後,對柚子沙律念念不忘,而這裡的柚子沙律,味道跟在泰國當地吃的味道一樣,柚子肉夠大粒,很鮮甜。蝦肉爽口,還有魷魚,魷魚也是爽口彈牙!整個沙律味道酸酸辣辣,開胃又刺激味蕾!泰式明爐魚,這裡的明爐魚可揀選烏頭或鱸魚,由於在泰國的時候吃的是鱸魚,所以今次也選擇了!鱸魚冇咩骨,而且肉質好嫩滑,雖然不算很大條,但可以啖啖肉咁食,再點上酸辣醬,非常正。上枱時還會配有酸湯,可以在魚滾後再加上,令味道更鮮味!明爐魚上還有不少香料,香茅、檸檬葉、芹菜等,而魚的底部還用上娃娃菜墊著,菜吸了酸湯的味道,十分美味呀!青檸梳打,熱辣辣的天氣又不想飲太肥的飲品,青檸梳打就是一個好選擇,開胃又解渴!這間餐廳一定會再黎,因為食物價錢唔算好貴,而且又夠大份,值得再來! continue reading

一般傳統泰菜餐廳, 環境都比較樸素, 而環境比較高檔的, 價錢通常都會貴一點。但很久前光顧尖沙咀北京道呢間新泰, 環境整潔, 座位舒適, 價錢亦很合理, 最緊要野食有水準!最近因為肺炎疫症關係, 衛生署呼籲減少gathering, 所以本來很有人氣既餐廳, 人流都減少了。餐廳設有卡位, 坐得舒服。【醃無骨鳳爪沙律】HK$68無骨鳳爪連帶軟筋, 口感爽脆, 甜蕃茄、洋蔥、蘿蔔絲等等... 加上白醋, 酸尾尾, 既有層次又清新。【肉碎生菜包】HK$72有豬同雞選擇, 揀左豬肉, 肉碎加入了泰式香料炒起, 肉碎keep到肉汁, 帶少少辣, 很惹味, 嫩綠爽脆生菜包住食, 正! 【泰式明爐魚】HK$188用小火興住食, 爐魚上檯時已經全熟可以食得, 另外會上一碗湯, 滾住食可以自行加入湯底; 魚肉很滑, 配有泰式酸辣醬, 但稍嫌湯汁味道唔太濃郁, 酸度高一點會更好。【泰式奶茶】HK$25奶味比茶味重, 甜度較低, 濃度比起泰國地道淡一點 continue reading

見近排冇乜食泰國菜,同埋天氣都比較熱,所以都諗起食泰國嘢比較開胃,就去咗尖沙咀新泰東南亞餐廳,我哋叫咗個日本南瓜焗海鮮飯、燒原隻魷魚 、麵包焗咖哩軟殼蟹、同埋一杯芒果沙冰。今次第一次食日本南瓜焗海鮮飯,d飯釀係個南瓜入面有濃濃嘅南瓜味,入面d南瓜肉都可以拔出嚟食,都焗到好冧好香,南瓜味加埋海鮮嘅味滲曬入飯度食,加上表面有好多芝士醬,呢個係必食之選。而原隻魷魚就燒得好香,點酸辣汁食好開胃。而最後個麵包軟殼蟹又係十分好味,始終覺得新泰嘅咖哩好好味,d麵包索咗啲咖哩汁食超惹味,軟殼蟹又多又香脆,點埋個咖哩汁食又係啖啖鮮味。而最後個芒果沙冰就最啱夏天飲又解渴,食完曬嘢飲返杯芒果沙冰,好似都幫助容易都消化。 continue reading

尖沙咀的太子集團大廈有很多美食,入到去就選了這間東南亞的美食環境幽雅高檔,我們坐近窗邊,由於到了下午茶時間所以顧客不是太多寧靜舒服⭐️焗麵包咖喱軟殼蟹焗麵包軟殼蟹是我最喜歡的東南亞菜式,雖然午餐沒有優惠但是我還是選了。賣相十分精緻,中間的農夫包圓形周圍放着切好了的麵包粒,就好似一個太陽般。而且醬汁足夠,切開少少咖喱汁就似火山爆發的湧出來,咖喱調味得宜,沾上麵包食十分好食!而且有完整一個軟殼蟹,炸到十分香脆,加上咖喱汁令人回味無窮呢。.午餐也有優惠價的套餐,我朋友就吃星洲喇沙蝦米線,我下次也想試呢。 continue reading
