旺角有好多大大小小嘅拉麵店,嗰日同朋友去開旺角,見到呢間樸一拉麵好多人排隊,跟住排試吓。等咗十幾分鐘左右就有得入。餐廳有湯麵同拌麵,唔同時段仲有期間限定拉麵。今次我同朋友就分別揀咗醬油湯同魚介湯,呢啲最基本嘅湯底先食得出一間拉麵店做得好唔好!我揀嘅係醬油湯白麵,配上慢煮梅肉叉燒。雖然白麵係相對幼身,不過師傅都並無煮得太淋,我揀咗硬麵師傅都可以做到啱啱好,唔會太淋/太硬。湯底清而不淡,味道清得嚟依然好有層次,而且硬麵都依然好掛湯。梅肉叉燒因為經過慢煮,一啲都唔會老或柴,反而口感不錯而且肉味好夠。朋友揀咗魚介湯,亦都同樣係配慢煮梅肉叉燒。魚介湯就相對味道鮮好多,更有層次感,味道相對較濃,但又唔會過鹹,湯頭亦唔會好油膩,鮮得嚟剛剛好,同個麵都好來。叫拉麵當然要叫埋炸雞,樸一炸雞炸得幾香口,而且件件都好大舊。配埋佢個沙律醬,食完個拉麵再食炸雞都唔會覺得漏。佢外皮炸到剛好金黃色,雞肉亦唔會柴,3舊2個人分剛剛好。呢個價錢同質素難怪平日都排長龍,佢哋嘅湯底配合麵同肉都非常夾,同日本嘅拉麵都有得比。不過當日因為都好多人排隊,入到店內有點細,但係拉麵嘅質素依然值得排隊一試!

朋友揀咗魚介湯,亦都同樣係配慢煮梅肉叉燒。魚介湯就相對味道鮮好多,更有層次感,味道相對較濃,但又唔會過鹹,湯頭亦唔會好油膩,鮮得嚟剛剛好,同個麵都好來。
