假期嘅時候去到中環PMQ做下文青,行完街就發現PMQ地下原來開咗一間新泰國餐廳。餐廳門口擺放在一個金屬製上面雕刻住大象嘅吊鐘,果然充滿泰國風情。炭燒和牛串 $178食得泰國嘢,一定唔少得泰式串燒。和牛含有豐富嘅油脂,所以最適合用嚟做串燒。和牛外層燒到超香又充滿炭香,仲要勁多肉汁。大頭蝦配秘製咖喱 $218我自己其實除咗食黃咖喱,遠遠地都聞到好香椰香味。大頭蝦吸收晒咖喱嘅味道,夠哂掛汁又濃郁。虎蝦金邊粉 $138金邊粉炒得夠哂鑊氣,夠哂火候又唔會粘身。金邊粉入面用左羅望子醬,仲加入花生和芽菜,甜甜地好滋味。薑汁黑芝麻湯圓 $78湯圓入面有濃郁嘅黑芝麻蓉,加埋少少薑汁彈返少少層次感出嚟。BKK (中環)中環鴨巴甸街35號PMQ元創方A座Staunton地下SG09-SG14號舖
