朋友約食飯吹水,天氣熱辣辣,估唔到朋友話去火煱串燒。餐廳叫得澳門仔秘制炭燒豬扒包($28)當然唔小得,豬扒包外表一般,咬落去包好脆口,勝在豬扒大大塊又嫩口。小炒皇($88)賣相好,材料十足。韭菜,腰果,蝦乾……味道鮮甜。菠蘿生炒骨($78)生炒骨和菠蘿的味道夾得好好,啖啖肉,酸味剛剛好,連菠蘿一齊食,好好味。最後叫d海鮮食下先,伙記推介咗2樣,就決定試試。艇皇古法蟹($198)蟹的份量剛剛好,蟹肉鮮味,配合一點辣味。黃金中蝦($98)這個蝦外表啡啡的,好似脆皮蝦,原來脆皮係用蛋黃造成,一口咬落去,可以食得出係新鮮蝦,用蛋黃香味引出蝦的味道。甜品時間,我們點了個新口味,椰青大菜糕,在原個椰青中食大菜糕,好清甜解喝。
