陳儀興尚潮樓 聽過呢間老店好耐, 主打潮州菜, 今次去左鰂魚涌嘅分店, 裝修有古風刺繡嘅薄紗屏風作座位間隔, 加上壁畫裝飾幾舒適. 店員亦有禮好服務而除左常見地道打冷菜式, menu仲見到少見精緻繁瑣料理, 下次要試試先上左功夫茶招牌鵝三寶 $298三寶有鵝肝、鵝肉、鵝腸, 秘製潮式滷水汁香而唔會過濃味. 鵝肝口感細膩, 鵝肉軟腍鵝皮帶油香. 平時唔點食腸, 不會呢度鵝腸無任何異味, 反而爽口入味.豆腐吸滿滷水汁, 想解膩蘸上白醋辣椒油都好食煎鷹倉魚片$488鷹倉煎得外層香脆, 魚味足. 另配有帶甜味嘅豉油肚肉苦瓜煲 $128腩肉層次分明肥瘦均勻, 苦瓜炆得軟腍, 味道只剩少少微苦回甘, 仲有冬菇同蒜子令個味道更足胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯豬肚份量多,唔感軟嫰無豬膻, 湯足料富胡椒香
