To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. jan 15, 10,8大1小嚟食dinner。喺之前嘅大局,見到老饕食友,即刻找住佢請教1吓潮菜有咩介紹,最後我哋叫咗 : 1) 前菜-我試咗少少個銀魚仔,好腥.........-但個9肚魚就唔錯喇 2) 豬腳凍-彈性中有咬口 3) 春菜-我應該喺第1次食-食友話春菜即刻煮出嚟會無咁好食,要浸1段時間先入味-菜當然腍晒啦,不過好入味同濃-不錯 4) 鵝件-原來1碟鵝件咁大,早知叫樣嘢拼啦-鵝肉結實,味道ok啦 5) 凍琵琶蝦 x 4-友人以前食過話唔錯-店員初時建議蒜蓉蒸/起肉油泡-最喺都喺跟番友人之前凍食嘅口味-叫咗4隻開邊-每隻都多膏,但就唔喺甘香嗰種-肉質結實,不過鮮味度稍遜 6) 鵝肝拼豬耳-個滷水鵝肝好入味,又腍,唔實-豬耳同樣入味,仲幾爽口+咬口添 7) 1/2煎煮油甘鎗-$10/兩-肉質結實,煮法幾住家吓 8) 川椒雞-都喺綠葉經炸過後好味過d雞 9) 炸雙棗 x 2-相為2個例牌-蝦丸比蟹卷好味10) 蠔餅-都唔喺我想要嘅煎方式 11) 沙爹牛肉炒河-本來全碟都比牛肉片蓋住,為咗影相,所以持意勾出河粉嚟影-沙爹醬越食越有辣意-不過牛肉片嘅牛味不重 12) 方魚肉碎粥

-但個9肚魚就唔錯喇

2) 豬腳凍
-彈性中有咬口

3) 春菜
-我應該喺第1次食
-食友話春菜即刻煮出嚟會無咁好食,要浸1段時間先入味
-菜當然腍晒啦,不過好入味同濃
-不錯

4) 鵝件
-原來1碟鵝件咁大,早知叫樣嘢拼啦
-鵝肉結實,味道ok啦

5) 凍琵琶蝦 x 4
-友人以前食過話唔錯
-店員初時建議蒜蓉蒸/起肉油泡
-最喺都喺跟番友人之前凍食嘅口味
-叫咗4隻開邊
-每隻都多膏,但就唔喺甘香嗰種

11) 沙爹牛肉炒河
-本來全碟都比牛肉片蓋住,為咗影相,所以持意勾出河粉嚟影
-沙爹醬越食越有辣意
-不過牛肉片嘅牛味不重

12) 方魚肉碎粥 (1窩)
-幾惹味又有芫茜香
-不錯

13) 潮洲粥 (1碗)

* 很有規模嘅打冷陣容

* 很高興最後都喺full team嘅聚會........每次我哋都好希望1個都不能少........不過我哋每次都嘈爆,所以未能同佢哋去d高檔食肆走番趟,霎是遺憾~~~~

* 其實我揀9龍城食飯喺有私心嘅.............因為我要大戰tony wong...........多謝酒樓代為雪住2盒蛋糕~~~~
