To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日經好友介紹,一大班人往創發食潮州野,果然這裏潮州美食與別不同。跟一般潮州飯店只有鵝片,蚝餅,墨魚紅腸確實特色好多。鵝干煮法十分香味,入口即溶。紹菜海鮮什煲十分清甜鲜味,完全没有味精。最值得推介是韮菜粿十分獨特,非常脆口。而這裏糖醋麵更煎得香脆,比潮XX之.潮州店好食好多。
