經過太子呢條街,躊躇食那一間的時候,被門口一個兩個open rice得獎熱店吸引住,得獎菜色是腸粉,心想: 晚飯吃腸粉? 我估湯河都可以試出是否真功夫!肥牛湯河,料簡單,最重要是湯頭,河粉和肥牛,說真的,份量比預期中細,如果大一點就更好! 湯頭好濃,應該有用大量骨熬。之後叫了潮州家鄉小菜: 薄殼,朋友話食得好辛苦,因為就如其名,殼很薄,但每一粒肉,是何等的鮮味,記住,薄殼汁都要撈埋飯,一定令你一試難忘! 另外叫了蠔餅和蝦,中規中矩,不及河粉和薄殼出色!
