浜燒意思喺海鮮即捕即燒,源於日本文化喜歡食海鮮既我們,亦都想試下即叫即燒友人揀左漁獲浜燒,餐廳位於銅鑼灣樓上鋪我們被安排坐在吧枱,可以近距離見到厨師處理食物芝蔴海鹽椰菜、梅酒椰菜爽口鮮甜,芝蔴醬汁香,配埋梅酒作為餐前菜,不錯選擇龍蝦刺身拼盆龍蝦蝦肉彈牙、鮮甜,拖羅魚油豐富而唔漏,入口即溶,海膽大件、有甜味,唔會苦,由於刺身十分新鮮,所以只需蘸少量Wasabi 便可龍蝦頭甲羅燒侍應姐姐首先將龍蝦頭微焼,接著放入特制麵豉醬混和龍蝦肉及蝦膏再燒,表面微燶、好香,味道更能突出浜燒榮螺榮螺好生猛,燒時噴入梅水,令到海鮮唔會太乾,待差不多熟時切開加入昆布高湯再煮,令到榮螺十分鮮味淸酒煮帆立貝從未試過清酒煮帆立貝,侍應姐姐推介,帆立貝並沒有因淸酒味而蓋到,反而令到鮮味提升,清酒清甜鮮味蕃薯雪芭呢個雪芭好有驚喜,蕃薯味道濃郁,好似吃緊蕃薯咁,停唔到口。雖然好飽,仍然吃囇
