To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經唔係第一次係呢到食啦,呢晚係星期五,有288、388、488、688四個放題價錢可以選擇。之前食過388嘅,今次試488。呢到最好嘅好處係無限時間,可以慢慢食,雖然係咁話,但都係食咗兩個鐘頭左右。以上嘅2人份刺身拼盤係叫488附送嘅。生蠔好新鮮,配合上面甜甜嘅啫喱(覺得有少少似桃膠),感覺幾清新!海膽都唔錯,唔腥,配合紫菜(冇影到)一齊食,非常之滿足呀!鮑魚感覺似係磯煮鮑魚,口感彈牙入味。其他都唔錯,帶子鮮甜,大蝦刺身都可以,但個人更偏好泰式生蝦(唔記得咗影相,口感彈牙,個汁唔係好辣)。壽司方面,冇咩點叫,只係叫咗海膽、蟹膏同左口魚壽司。呢到嘅海膽壽司都可以,壽司飯唔係好大,蟹膏同左口魚壽司個人就覺得還可以,正正常常。甲殼燒個人覺得入面沙律醬太多,食多兩啖就覺得有啲膩,個人覺得一份兩人食,試下就可以。燒羊架都唔錯,個人比較怕重羊臊味,但呢到燒嘅羊架唔太覺,調味就可以。肉質方面以放題黎算唔錯,唔會話好韌。燒物方面,叫咗雞軟骨、一口牛同牛舌。牛舌調味唔錯,但口感稍韌,不過以放題黎講唔算差。一口牛冇咩特別記憶,雞軟骨串都推薦送酒時食,炸得唔錯,唔會因為追求外脆而炸耐啲,而忽略冷卻後會變硬

雞泡魚乾!十分推薦!
就咁食都好好食!不斷追加咗幾次。魚乾上嘅燒汁被烤出香咪,外層嘅薄薄脆香與內裏鬆軟嘅層層肉乾,係口腔中咀嚼下,慢慢深透出一絲絲嘅香甜。真係愈食愈上引!配上清酒或白酒,絕對一流!

酒方面:有基本嘅紅白酒、冷熱清酒、啤酒、雞尾酒等,仲有其他基本汽水飲品,但個人冇咩點留意。今次叫得少紅肉,所以都只係叫咗白酒同冷熱清酒。個人覺得杯白酒味道都算係偏甜嘅,用黎餸鮑魚、海膽、生蠔、雞泡魚乾都唔錯,而清酒基本上百搭。

最後,甜品放面,之前有心太軟可以叫,但今次就唔見有。甜品個人叫得唔多,叫咗焦糖燉蛋同Movenpick雪糕。焦糖燉蛋都焦正常唔會中伏嘅一般甜品啦。雪糕有3種味,士多啤梨、朱古力同雲呢拿。

總結黎講,食物質數都唔錯,地方環境就比較窄,一般身形嘅朋友仔就冇問題,但比較大隻啲嘅朋友可能就有機會會覺得唔太方便啦。覺得人手唔係太夠,叫野食有一次舉咗分幾鐘先有人見到,但職員嘅服務係可以嘅,見到佢哋都真係忙嘅。上菜速度都好快,都冇漏單。
