同事食過 介紹我黎呢間新開鐵板燒~佢係個吃貨, 所以我地圍內信曬佢介紹嘅好西架!訂好位, 帶埋寶寶黎食我心愛嘅鐵板燒~一坐低先黎個沙律盛合杯,配 三點刺身 (牡丹蝦 + 帆立貝 + 是日時令: 三文魚)~刺身夠新鮮, 鍾意果種回彈口感, feel 到係尼餐嘅好開始~(我哋食前菜嘅時候, 師傅響度燒緊隔離客人嘅龍蝦, 好吸引 好期待我自己個 set!) 師傅同我介紹 我今日嘅食材調好味 放上鐵板, 再用個好似熨斗嘅工具壓實佢, 初時 我都唔知點解要咁做, 都食嘅時候我就明白啦~嘻嘻~主菜之一 鐵板焗岩蠔香噴噴調味之下 仍然食得出蠔嘅鮮味, 係蠔肉比較細粒 略略意猶未盡唧~夢幻極光 靚又好飲, 配合鐵板燒 微甜感覺 又幾清新~登登登登主菜二 鐵板脆皮煎鰻魚食落好似薯片咁卜卜脆零腥味 重點主菜來啦稍煎龍蝦後, 附上大量芝士 焗煮一陣... 視覺享受嚟啦~客人們 都忍唔住影相...熱辣辣香噴噴好吸引我龍蝦易起肉, 鮮甜 彈牙, 原隻份量夠晒多, 過足口癮啊!!!S2 特色黑松露炒飯師傅對手冇停過不斷加配料 炒呀 炒碗飯超級香噴噴真係估唔到炒飯炒得咁認真好好味 口感爽 香味噥 零油笠我地都勁快食
