To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 北京填鴨
萬眾期待的主角終於壓軸出場!呢度係半隻份量,已經夠我地六人食,少食多滋味,始終啖啖油唔食得多,鴨皮夠香脆又juicy, 一半淨皮一半連肉,我就鐘意每款夾一塊,有皮又有肉,麵粉皮夠熱夠軟熟,又有麵粉香,食了兩三件,感覺非常幸福!

為呢餐作結的甜品係高力豆沙,及老佛爺米糕,高力豆沙食得多,老佛爺米糕就第一次食,好奇究竟係點樣既甜品,原來係外脆內軟磚狀的米糕,外皮香香脆脆似飯焦,內裡淡淡米香,沾上清香桂花糖,果然係一道巧手甜品
