To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日路過尖沙嘴,這餐廳一直在我口袋名單。於是到店一試。原本想單點飯麵就算,見到係新餐牌,又見到隔離枱食set lunch a,d幾吸引,心思思想叫set。一人前,,四喜烤夫:豆,黑木耳,菇,烤夫。睇落咸食落唔咸,幾入味。甘筍南瓜椰菜花薑湯:每啖湯都飲到甘筍南瓜味。份量都多。黃金野菌忌廉燴扁意粉配手作團圓玉丸:南瓜汁,香而不漏,瓜,豆,菇和扁意粉份量多,我有吃剩意粉,真的很抱歉。個玉丸,有菜味及我不太喜歡既素肉味。天山雪菊桂圓杞子特飲:整杯都甜甜的,平日我不吃杞子,我都願意吃。整體上很滿意,亦願意放下電話專心進食。

甘筍南瓜椰菜花薑湯:
每啖湯都飲到甘筍南瓜味。份量都多。

黃金野菌忌廉燴扁意粉配手作團圓玉丸:
南瓜汁,香而不漏,瓜,豆,菇和扁意粉份量多,我有吃剩意粉,真的很抱歉。個玉丸,有菜味及我不太喜歡既素肉味。

天山雪菊桂圓杞子特飲:
整杯都甜甜的,平日我不吃杞子,我都願意吃。

整體上很滿意,亦願意放下電話專心進食。
