To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友相聚, 大吃一番選這裡因為地方舒OK, 而且唔分時段, 鍾意食幾耐都得,6時半入座己非常熱鬧, 未爆場但已經見到好多人博殺緊唔講咁多而家都開波先, 先吃壽司及刺身壽司賣相一般, 反而刺身有D驚喜, 刺身都算新鮮及厚切, OK三文魚出奇地新鮮和cremy, 第2 round仲正, 不過吞拿魚好似話好多筋好難咬手卷都幾好, 我地叫左蔥花吞拿魚, 海膽, 軟殼蟹手卷D燒物及炸物都唔錯 我會推介海蝦天婦羅, 海蝦天婦羅一絕, 炸粉唔厚兼D蝦size 都OK雞軟骨, 兩round都好熱辣軟骨爽脆味道好夠吉列蠔是我心目中的第一位, 吉列部分唔厚唔界口~蠔有鮮味而唔腥南瓜天婦羅, 仍然咁軟糯同甜(食一件就夠費事太飽)雞腎,幾爽口但係咪冇落調味, 味較淡仲食左炸餃子,一般貨可不試 成餐飯漏左一次單only, 不算嚴重第一round點野食個陣個經理好風趣其他waiter都好有禮貌, 但有D生手, 唔知係唔係暑期工呢?
