開放四人限聚令前,只可以兩人飯聚,所以來來去去都係食呢啲,真係要講:我吾悶佢都悶囉。某日男友終於的起心肝上網搵下有冇啲好東西試吓。搵左一輪終於 WhatsApp 傳來好消息,佢話不如去滾,我雖然吾系男人但其實我都好「滾」。「火鍋隨意門」聽個名就知系新派火鍋店,加上位於我至愛嘅銅鑼灣,梗係第一時間叫佢 book 位。我地預約左星期四晚,預期客人不會太多,我地可以慢慢嘆 ,服務方面也應該比較好。店子面積雖不大,但裝潢很花心思, 店內一邊充滿異國風情,另一邊則中式裝潢。感覺很有新意,令我們更覺得享受不一樣的體驗 。店員先放上醬料盤給我們自己調配醬料。 九宮格一樣的醬油盤,睇到都開心 。醬油  $25/位。既然要食好啲,也等同食豪啲,先揀左一窩 滋補養生「花膠雞湯底 」 $298「花膠煲」用料上乘,用上原隻雞、瘦肉、火腿、亮點當然是主角一大盤 花膠扒 花膠夠厚應該可以慢慢煮,不一會兒夾起一大梳放入口,烹煮時間岩岩好,花膠口感仍然軟滑中帶點彈性,充滿膠原口感,再喝多幾口湯,口邊黏黏的感覺真令人滿足啊。另外,雞都不容錯過, 雞切得好利落完全無碎骨,雞肉雞皮同樣漲卜卜, 雞肉十分細嫩香滑, 令超愛呀

因為桂花蚌夠厚肉,所以淥的時間也比正常的時間較多一、二分鐘。 

桂花蚌預期地爽口, 鮮甜。 

各式自家製餃子可揀四隻/六隻,我哋各揀左四隻可以試吓不同口味。

一來我地想食海鮮, 二來鮮蝦是男友的至愛。 

鮮蝦丸淥一陣就熟, 太熟就會爆開,大家要注意熟的時間。  

輕士咬開鮮蝦丸就感受到十分熨口的黃金流心直流出來, 咸蛋黃跟鮮蝦的味道十分協調, 一淡一濃,

口感彈牙可口。 

 食火鍋又點可以缺小「蜂巢豆腐 」  $58 和「白蘿蔔 」 $42

前者是索味之選; 後者留到最尾食, 白蘿蔔超清甜,也能清熱,之後再喝幾口已變成濃稠、超濃郁的花膠湯,

即時感覺到我的咀巴完完全全地被膠質黏著, 雖然聽說火鍋的湯底會好燥, 但都忍不住喝了幾碗滋補養顏花膠湯,好鮮哦 !
