To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時見尖沙咀旺記午飯時段大排長龍都費事等,見今日冇乜人排就試吓佢個日本叉燒滑蛋飯,果然名不虛傳的確係旺記嘅招牌菜初次試呢個滑蛋飯,賣相相當吸引滑蛋既份量完全蓋過個飯滑蛋炒得好滑,仲有陣牛油香味配埋甜豉油,撈飯食簡直係絕配同埋佢個叉燒唔肥膩,肥瘦適中,相當入味最後埋單都係$55
