To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我同朋友一齊出尖沙咀買聖誕禮物，之後到食午飯我哋就上網搵吓有咩食啦，咁岩又比我搵到呢間食叉蛋飯嘅鋪頭＂旺記冰室＂，叉蛋飯係我嘅至愛，所以我就會去不同鋪頭試吓唔同嘅叉蛋飯睇吓邊間最好。旺記冰室喺尖沙咀九龍公園附近位置好方便好容易搵一去到就見到好多人排隊呀，通常我都會去試一啲多人排隊嘅鋪頭因為會比較有保證，證明係好食嘅先多人排隊。我哋大約排左10分鐘到就可以入到去坐啦，由於個餐牌嘅圖片好吸引啦咁我就試叉蛋飯之外仲要埋蝦蛋，黎個雙拼飯😋！個飯嚟到好吸引，好香，色香味俱全，食落去啲啲蛋好滑，然之後啲豉油係甜甜地嘅，幾好味，而且啲飯仲好爽口唔會好林，飯同埋蛋嘅份量啱啱好可以一啖飯配埋一口蛋，非常滿足。至於杯凍檸茶檸檬嘅份量足夠而且啊我叫少甜，唔會太甜，容易入口，另外而且佢有少許位置比我地放喼，如果旅客一來到未去酒店放低行李嘅都可以拉喼去嗰度食，不過只係有少量位置擺放。
