To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係鰂魚涌開完會,lunch時間搵有咩食既候,朋友提議黎旺記冰室食滑蛋飯,現場都需要排隊,但好快有得入坐低睇菜單,見到主要有食滑蛋牛肉,蝦仁飯為主,我叫左個滑蛋牛肉飯,雖然人多,但出餐速度都幾快個滑蛋好嫩,配飯加埋個醬油,真係一絕,牛肉唔會係好難咬個隻牛肉,一啖一啖放入口,唔使5分鐘其實已經食曬成個飯。好好味!
