To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾意食炒蛋嘅人一定聽過旺記冰室!筆者已經去過數唔到幾多次,今日終於的起心肝寫返篇食評!作為一個無蛋不歡既人,而且又耐吾耐就需要去灣仔做野,好自然午餐既時間就會諗起去旺記冰室食返個滑蛋义燒蛋飯!旺記既滑蛋叉燒飯同滑蛋蝦仁飯都整得好好味,但本人就比較喜歡食滑蛋叉燒飯,蛋炒得夠滑,义燒夠多,又唔會太燶,再加上佢哋用甜豉油,(我覺得係日本豉油),加埋一齊食真係絕配。其實佢哋嘅滑蛋蝦仁飯都做得好出色,蝦夠多,又吾會炒得太耐,炒到霉晒,不過我真係覺得滑蛋叉燒飯整得比較好食!我今次仲叫左杯熱奶茶,真係一大享受!可惜佢哋嘅奶茶茶味唔夠,如果連杯奶茶都好好飲咁就真係贏晒!我真係覺得佢哋嘅滑蛋叉燒飯係百食不厭!不過佢地既缺點就係鋪頭吾大,坐得迫左小小!而且繁忙時間一定要等位,大家要注意!

旺記既滑蛋叉燒飯同滑蛋蝦仁飯都整得好好味,但本人就比較喜歡食滑蛋叉燒飯,蛋炒得夠滑,义燒夠多,又唔會太燶,再加上佢哋用甜豉油,(我覺得係日本豉油),加埋一齊食真係絕配。
