呢幾日落雨天,增添了寒意,令人想到食火鍋,而不少餐廳亦“應節地”推出既滋補又暖身的湯水。好似以海鮮作招徠的“尚鮮”,有多款嘅滋潤湯水就幾吸引。今日我就同幾個朋友去到佐敦呢間朝拜一番! 我地揀左既清潤又滋補,最啱冬天飲嘅“雲南黑虎掌菌燉豬腳根”,湯料用雞腳、豬腳根、黑虎掌等熬製而成,湯色微紅,菌香撲鼻,黑虎掌菌口感軟糯,味道香郁可口,雞腳又唔會太腍,有口感,而豬腳根應該係豬掛,總之就好香滑,仲保留到肉汁的鮮甜,啖湯更是鮮香滋潤,飲完令人有輕鬆愉快的感覺! 牛尚盛,別緻矜貴地放於三層架上 四色丸尚成,四種口味我都非常喜歡,皆因真材實料,肉味香濃,爽口彈牙! 炸響鈴,好新鮮香脆 特色燒烤亦好出色,燒芝心獅子狗卷,一口咬落,頓時滿口芝士香,好好食,而黑椒腸本人就一向唔欣賞!盬燒牛舌,厚切但唔韌,好腍好有牛味,味道亦啱啱好👍👍

我地揀左既清潤又滋補,最啱冬天飲嘅“雲南黑虎掌菌燉豬腳根”,湯料用雞腳、豬腳根、黑虎掌等熬製而成,湯色微紅,菌香撲鼻,黑虎掌菌口感軟糯,味道香郁可口,雞腳又唔會太腍,有口感,而豬腳根應該係豬掛,總之就好香滑,仲保留到肉汁的鮮甜,啖湯更是鮮香滋潤,飲完令人有輕鬆愉快的感覺!
