To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左中環間飲茶,環境裝份別緻,員工又有禮貌,我就叫左佢地既2人套餐,食完覺得超正!好好食又有heart.首先有椰皇燉老雞湯,椰皇同老雞一齊燉煮,湯底濃郁,有淡淡嘅椰香味,加埋老雞嘅鮮甜味道,令湯嘅口感滑順,好開胃。一般唔太喜歡飲湯既我都覺得好正。然後有前菜雞絲拉皮,拉皮有咬勁,雞絲鮮嫩,配埋醬汁,味道鮮美,令人食嘅時候口感豐富。荀尖鮮蝦餃係用新鮮嘅蝦肉同嫩滑嘅荀尖包裹而成。蝦肉鮮甜,荀尖爽脆,餃子皮薄透,食落有咬勁同鮮甜嘅口感。魚香茄子春卷外層炸至金黃酥脆,外脆內軟,有咬勁又帶有茄子嘅香氣。內裡嘅魚香醬汁配上茄子,味道鮮美,食落一口嘅滋味令人回味無窮。然後,Xo醬淮山蝦球Xo醬嘅惹味完美結合,蝦球鮮嫩彈牙,入口有層次,而淮山清新爽脆。最後安格斯牛肉炒河,安格斯牛肉鮮嫩,保持了肉質的鮮美。河粉軟滑,吸收了牛肉的鮮味,入口滋潤亦幾有鑊氣而不帶油膩感。呢個套餐性價比高,讚讚!
