To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. minipapa今日來到「飯堂」之一，太興。由於今日不太餓，糾結咗一番，都係點咗最愛嘅羅宋湯通粉，開胃又美味。哩個餐都係minipapa最愛之一。適合不太餓但又口痕痕嘅時候選擇。今日星期六，無諗到7、8分鐘個餐就送上，非常有效率。羅宋湯通粉配四式卷。今日四式卷炸嘅火候恰到好處，表面炸到完全金黃色，但望落好乾身，唔會好油膩。而羅宋湯通粉我每次都覺到份量太少，畢竟你哋睇張圖片，啲湯同粉係差不多滿瀉咁濟！😂但職員曾經回應，每份羅宋湯通粉嘅份量係定咗嘅，所以不能隨意增減。好吧，只能接受「圖片僅供參考」。點解minipapa咁執著？皆因碗羅宋湯通粉實在太好味啦咁細一碗根本就唔夠喉！湯料足，湯味濃郁，啲通粉完全吸收曬啲湯味，開胃到食唔停口！每次我都慢慢食，驚太快享受完哩份美味！四式卷內裡完全無炸燶㗎！一口咬落去仲會有「嗦嗦」聲！金黃松脆嘅腐皮包裹住嫩白嘅肉卷，肉卷輕微夾帶著芹菜同芫茜，但完全唔影響品嘗，連一向抗拒芫茜嘅minipapa都接受到，仲有蟹柳卷做夾心。四種口感，香脆、嫩滑、爽口、軟熟，一次過體驗曬！最後不得不提太興嘅熱檸茶，一直係我不二的選擇。咁多次都無機會單獨讚下佢。我飲過咁多地方，唯

最後不得不提太興嘅熱檸茶，一直係我不二的選擇。咁多次都無機會單獨讚下佢。我飲過咁多地方，唯一一間唔需要撈起啲檸檬，杯茶都完全唔覺得苦澀嘅。數熱檸茶，minipapa暫時覺得只有太興做嘅最好！
