Restaurant: Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (X客之道投稿tone)其實都幾耐冇去過,今日特登陪老人家去,環境味道都同以前差唔多,但係今餐發生咗兩件事令我對呢間老店有新嘅睇法。1. 叫咗個金華火腿焗燒餅,一食落去就見到啲餡疑似全部都係叉燒同蔥(可能有幾嚿火腿碎但我食唔出啦),有個阿姐就堅持話係火腿,同埋認為「叉燒同火腿顏色差唔多」所以客人有機會撈亂,well… 大家自行判斷啦🙂我諗撇除嗰80%鬆啲嘅其他餡,淨低嘅火腿同蔥都有2:8比例嘅,佢啱2. 埋單嗰陣冇睇清楚😞到俾晒錢先發現每個灌湯餃比menu寫嘅貴咗20蚊。有位疑似部長出嚟解畫,就話灌湯餃原來加咗價,但係同事唔小心擺咗張寫住舊價錢嘅menu喺度,講咗聲唔好意思就算。我心諗你哋做錯嘢就我哋埋單?估唔到呢間行中高檔路線嘅茶樓cheap到「明碼實價」都做唔到啫。我自己都買到個教訓就係埋單之前睇清楚張單咁囉
