火鍋湯底我們挑了蕃茄海鮮湯,滿滿的湯料沸騰滾煮著,蕃茄胡椒香氣洋溢四方,刺激我們的食慾。橘紅色的蕃茄湯與海鮮合二為一,濃中帶鮮的順口滋味,就算再次添加湯頭仍保持原味,弟婦直呼好喝。

這裡手打滑別出心裁,手打蝦滑跟手打墨魚滑用料十足,尤其手打墨魚滑原條墨魚於其中,咬起來極富彈性,每一口都吃得到蝦肉與墨魚,亦感受到它們本身的鮮美,我們吃過不停。

黑豚肉粉色有絲絲的油花,看來蠻誘人的,讓人急不及待扔進湯鍋裡涮煮,希望快些熟透將它往嘴裡送,享受黑豚肉獨有的爽彈感。

牛頸脊份量滿多的,鋪得密密麻麻,其油脂比例少,故嚐起來不會油油膩膩的。牛頸脊切得挺厚的,想肉質柔嫩一點,三分熟最好,當然不太吃生牛肉的話五分熟亦可以,細細咀嚼牛頸脊,那自然肉香和甘甜從口中釋放出來。

海鮮控的話必深深愛上海鮮盤,可一次過品味七款海鮮,龍躉,鯇魚,海蝦,大蜆,花甲,蟶子王及象拔蚌BB。海鮮鮮味驚為天人,它們的精華融入蕃茄湯中,蟶子王下鍋後不用煮太久,保持它的爽嫩與甘甜。

大顆飽滿的大蜆,花甲,味道甘美,肉質肥厚,大蝦甚具彈性,海味濃郁。龍躉有多美味,應該不需要我贅述吧,龍躉蠻大塊的,魚肉滑彈極致,魚皮更有豐沛的膠原蛋白,美味得很。鯇魚不比龍躉遜色,濃濃魚鮮,口齒留香。

吃到尾聲,當然朝甜品區進發,看見各式各樣的糕點,泡芙與豆腐花,我通通拿些回座位,和弟婦分甘同味。經我們品評後,一致認為豆腐花與雪糕泡芙最值得吃,豆腐花極之滑溜,豆香撲鼻,雪糕泡芙脆脆的表層包覆冰涼香滑的雲呢拿雪糕,雙重口感享受。
