湾仔邓记·南堂川菜,新开的一家店,以前这里是一家坑爹的湘菜,总算关门了。二楼酒吧、三楼私房菜,中西合璧的风格很喜欢。服务一流,地方不大但有三家包厢,宜商宜私吧。细细品味,有麻辣、香辣、糊辣、酸辣、鱼香、荔枝、樟茶等辣和不辣味道,用料考究,樟茶鸭是用四川运来的嫰鸭、酸味不用醋而是自制老坛酸水。点了家常的宫保鸡丁,甜味多一些,鸡肉和细作的配菜一起吃是外脆里嫩的口感,酱汁调的很有丰富层次感,甜、酸、香、辣俱全。味道非常好。盥洗室备有香水、漱口水、针线包等等,细心过五星酒店。一分价钱一分货吧。整体而言在香港的川菜里面算很不错的。
