To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店舖裝潢設計係越南風格,幾有格調。坐落都舒服唔會話好窄好迫。越南法包法包:外脆內軟同煙韌,好食!有切開一半方便進食。餡料:有豬頸肉同大量醃蘿蔔,老實講,蘿蔔太多同比較酸,肉味反而唔係好食到。推薦指數 :⭐️⭐️意見:餡料比例唔夠balance ,鍾意食酸野嘅可以試吓,但唔岩我口味香茅豬扒湯檬檬粉: 軟硬適中湯底: 係傳統越式粉麵個種湯,清清地但好夠味,如果嫌味道單調,可以落少少辣椒粉,味道上會有昇華。香茅豬扒: 個份量好大,香茅味濃,煎得好香,肉質唔韌好食。推薦指數 :⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️意見:加左辣椒粉好好食,食得辣嘅一定要加。原塊豬頸肉燒得好香,肉質軟嫩,juicy唔乾。推薦指數 :⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️意見:值得一試

檬粉: 軟硬適中
湯底: 係傳統越式粉麵個種湯,清清地但好夠味,如果嫌味道單調,可以落少少辣椒粉,味道上會有昇華。
香茅豬扒: 個份量好大,香茅味濃,煎得好香,肉質唔韌好食。
