其實打邊爐最緊要都係湯底正，用料靚，今日嚟北角呢間滾得囍宮廷火鍋，完全做晒呢兩個元素🫶🏻🫶🏻 而且仲有宮廷風嘅裝潢，主題夠晒特別，啱晒大家打卡😎 🌟椰子藏雞湯鍋呢度有好多特色湯底，搞到我哋心大心細😆 最後決定咗叫呢個椰子藏雞湯底😎 一大袋腐皮剪開裏面係新鮮嘅椰子，記得滾起之後，先飲個湯，呢個湯真係好清甜，有椰子嘅清香，同埋鮮雞嘅精華，我哋一人飲咗幾碗😂 雞肉好多，非常滑溜🫶🏻 飲完啲湯就可以開始打邊爐啦😎 🌟手切本地牛頸脊(細)估唔到叫咗細size個份量咁多😍 手切嘅牛頸脊脂肪分布均勻，雪花紋理細緻🥰 牛味濃郁，質地柔嫩，入口不肥膩，淥幾秒就食得，真係食到唔停口，好正🫶🏻🌟滾得囍宮廷餃子拼盤呢度嘅餃子真係非常非常好食，好耐未食過咁高質嘅餃子啦😍 呢個餃子拼盤有五種口味，每種有兩粒🫶🏻 粒粒都皮薄餡靚，勁飽滿🥰 而且味道好特別，我哋最鍾意就係牛肉餃同埋芋頭餃子，食得出係新鮮靚料，必食🫶🏻🌟黃金雙拼(炸響鈴及炸魚皮)又係另一個必食😆 呢個真係超級好味，唯一缺點就係邪惡😂 炸魚皮勁大塊，脆卜卜，面頭仲有超香嘅鹹蛋黃，呢個組合點會唔好食😌 響鈴又係新鮮即炸，同樣有鹹蛋黃，實在太好味😎🌟滾得囍
