To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣依間越南野店舖雖少,但好有越南特色,食物嘅性價比就好高!二人套餐都係$208,有兩個主食、三款小食同兩杯野飲,夠哂豐富!首先主食揀左個雞髀肉撈河,個雞本身調好味,肉質都滑,撈河嘅汁係酸酸地,拌埋生菜、紅蘿蔔,清新又開胃仲嗌左香茅豬頸肉叻沙,湯底椰香同蝦味配合得好好,入口又滑又香!豬頸肉肉質都爽韌,依到個河粉都好滑小食揀左泰式香辣魚餅、蒜香雞翼同河內炸春卷,幾款都係香口得香唔會整得好油膩飲品就叫左鹹檸檬七喜同龍眼冰,前者鹹鹹地幾潤喉,龍眼冰就幾香甜!今餐真係幾豐富!
