9月本身就係我既生日月,所以最近就去左一間位於銅鑼灣好特別既fusion酒吧餐廳【Ciclo】慶祝。選擇呢間餐廳係裝修特別、以黑色同石頭石墻格調為主、氣氛神秘,而且座位舒適闊落。而且餐廳宜家5-8pm做緊happy hour指定飲品買一送一,啱啱好一人一杯,可以慢慢坐低傾吓傾!Tuna Tartare: 吞拿魚用蛋黃醬調味、搭配墨西哥辣椒牛油果,再用冠益華記辣椒醬點綴、酸辣開胃。配上自家制既香脆米片,夠哂惹味。Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini: 北海道海膽龍蝦汁芝士意大利飯球,新鮮原隻龍蝦煮既龍蝦湯,再整成意大利飯,加入芝士炸。搭配新鮮海膽,鮮甜creamy。Crispy Short Rib: 脆煎牛坑腩,外脆内嫩非常軟霖,榛子蔥汁好refreshing。最驚喜係個牛奶薯蓉超級Creamy。Yellow Chicken Roll: 本地三黃雞卷肉質非常嫩滑多汁、另外再加上椰菜花芝士泡泡、濃郁但唔膩。Genmaicha: 以玄米茶同冬瓜茶為主調、用Gin做base,再加入梳打水同檸檬汁作點綴,無咩酒味,口感清新。Jam & Blossom: 士多啤梨jam加桂花再加
