天氣涼涼地,最啱就係食啲暖笠笠嘅嘢。同朋友 bookmark 咗尖沙咀呢間「龍鳳呈祥雞煲火鍋」好耐,今日終於夾到時間嚟幫襯。餐廳以七、八十年代舊香港為主題,店內設有大量打卡位,如:金色大龍鳳、霓虹燈牌、綠色通花鐵閘、舊式飲品販賣機、乒乓球餐桌等,裝潢充滿懷舊氣氛。餐廳主打雞煲火鍋,鍋底大部分都係以本地三黃雞炮製,我哋今次揀咗最受歡迎嘅招牌無骨鳳翼釀雞煲 ($278/細)。雞煲可以自選辣度,雞翼已經全部起曬骨,中間釀入了甘筍、西芹絲同墨魚滑,雞肉好嫩滑、墨魚滑彈牙有口感,配上帶甜嘅沙茶風味雞煲醬,惹味非常。食完個雞煲就可以叫店員加湯打邊爐,配料方面,點了龍鳳呈祥牛肉拼盤 ($338/細) 同 即製回味五香肉丁餃 ($78/6粒)。牛肉拼盤有牛舌片、手切牛肉、牛胸油、牛柏葉、牛肉粒同雪花肥牛,份量十足,而且全部都好高質,尤其是雪花肥牛,腍滑富油香;而牛舌亦爽彈有咬口。五香肉丁餃好有創意,餡料以蝦膠包住切碎五香肉丁,蝦膠彈牙味鮮,同香辣嘅肉丁完美融合。另外仲點咗山水滑豆腐 ($28) 同 即炸響鈴 ($68),豆腐嫩滑又重豆味;響鈴即叫即炸,入口脆卜卜,放入湯鍋 1–2 秒就食得。龍鳳呈祥豐

龍鳳呈祥豐盛雜菜拼盤 ($128)  雜菜用巨型搪瓷杯盛上,內有娃娃菜、油麥菜、生菜、蓮藕片、蘿蔔、粟米、金菇和番茄等,全都好新鮮,入口爽甜清脆。
