來自雲南嘅酸辣米線,打入香港好多年,除咗各大呀哥呀仔品牌,仲有好多小店,米線好似不知不覺成為我哋呢一代嘅主要食糧。今日我就同食開三小辣嘅A姐介紹一間主打四川冒菜嘅選擇俾大家,雖然呢間位於尖沙咀嘅烏蠅館,唔係米線專門店,但原來將米線配上冒菜係咁好味!起源成都嘅冒菜,表面好似同麻辣燙無乜分別,但其實冒菜較麻辣燙少油,入口辣而不膩。而店鋪以木色為主,仲有好多中國特色嘅擺設。湯底用22種香料炒香,加上藥材,黃油、芥花籽油同三種辣椒熬煮而成,最後再加芝麻、生蒜、葱同芫茜,令到個湯更香!所以辣得香而不麻,仲一啲都唔油膩,最重要係身上無麻辣鍋嘅氣味,咁偷食都無人知啦。而呢度好似食車仔麵咁,喺點單紙剔自己想食嘅配料,米線控嘅我哋就當然一人一碗啦,仲可以揀足8個餸,好豐富呀!我哋推介索晒汁嘅豆卜同魚腐;仲有新鮮爽口嘅淮山同雲耳;當然唔少得乾淨又入味嘅大腸啦。
