烏蝇館呢個名改得幾有趣,究竟點解叫烏蝇館,一定要嚟睇吓佢賣咩先得。入到店内,就感受到濃濃川味,主打系烤魚,經店員介紹,我哋點咗份清江魚烤魚火鍋。朋友超鍾意食辣,但佢為咗遷就我,所以點咗個bb辣就好了。清江魚上枱前預先烤過,再加入湯汁煮,外皮剛開始是脆口嘅,煮一陣就會吸滿湯汁,變得柔韌,魚肉就更加入味 。呢度配菜款式好多,韭菜餃、牛丸灼一陣就食得,金菇菜同寛粉,吸哂魚湯嘅鮮甜,非常好味、醉雞嫩滑、同魚原來都幾夾。飲品也好吸引,款式多得嚟,賣相好精致,好多款都想試,最後揀咗百香果寒天綠茶,啱哂食bb辣烤魚煲,透心涼。而檸檬蝶豆花賣相好靚,檸檬嘅清新,中和咗烤魚煲嘅辣味,好正。 continue reading

今晚去到亞士厘度呢個既餐廳集中地食晚飯😊見平時小食川菜🌶️,所以我地就揀左幫襯烏蠅館啦♥︎烤魚烏蠅館主打烤魚,Step1️⃣選擇魚既種類,分別有珍珠斑(味道鮮甜)、海鱸魚(細骨數少口威結賞爽將)、清江魚(集鮮甜結實肥美一身),店員大推清江魚👍🏻,我自己試左果然係唔錯,魚肉比較離骨🦴,驚魚骨既月月友真係岩哂,另外肉質嫩滑啖啖都係肉😍Step2️⃣選口味,分別有傳奇麻辣、蒜香、招牌香辣、特色泡椒,我今之食左蒜香味,蒜香比較咸同埋重油,叫小鹽油就岩岩好啦🤗配料:♥︎ 花甲

因為想食烤魚既關係所以上網搵到呢間餐廳決定去試一試餐廳環境都算幾大唔會好迫用qrcode落單幾方便有3款魚揀我地揀左 $348既清江魚要左唔辣既蒜香味可以揀少鹽少油既選擇我地都揀左少鹽少油一上枱已經好香係超級惹味既香烤魚蒜香味道濃郁清江魚夠晒厚肉肉質結實,都夠肥美鮮甜唔多骨啖啖肉入面有d金菇、雲耳好索味食完烤魚之後可以加湯打邊爐我地揀左加水都ok因為本身蒜香烤魚都夠濃味本身想試埋個甜品架有芋圓不過太飽試唔到!另外見到餐廳做緊優惠烤魚提早一日訂枱,可享半價優惠又真係幾抵! continue reading
